"Each year I present awards to organizations and individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in protecting and promoting a healthy environment.

This year I am honoring Carol Lynn Wachniak. Carol Lynn Wachniak is co-founder of Project Bula! Fiji Foundation, ® Education Foundation for Children of Fiji 501c3 building an all green self sustaining school campus in Fiji, leader and host of Healing Home Havens Meet Up Group Lombard chapter. She works to enhance the personal, financial, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of humanity.

She teaches the value of NON GMO foods to be thy medicine like seed milk and sprouted bio electrically charged foods that jump start the cells back to health.

Healing Home Havens is a community relationship based group focused on empowering one another to take back their bodies natural ability to heal itself back to health. I am pleased and honored to present the 2011 Excellence Let Food Be Thy Medicine Award to Carol Lynn Wachniak."
